1. ORDER PROCESSING
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
- Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
- In case of high demand or special edition products, processing may take up to 5-7 business days, which will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
2. SHIPPING PARTNERS
We work with trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, India Post, and Shiprocket for domestic shipping.
For international orders (if applicable), we use DHL, Aramex, or similar global logistics services.
3. SHIPPING TIMELINES
India (Domestic):
- Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
- Non-Metro Cities & Rural Areas: 5–8 business days
International Shipping (if offered):
- 10–15 business days depending on country and customs clearance.
Note: Delivery times are approximate and may vary due to unforeseen logistical delays.
4. SHIPPING FEES
- Shipping charges (if applicable) are displayed at checkout before payment.
- We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other charges based on the destination country’s regulations, which must be borne by the customer.
5. ORDER TRACKING
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS to monitor your package’s journey.
- You can also track your order from the “My Orders” section in your Realm Talks account dashboard.
6. DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS
- If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
- We will raise a ticket with the courier and initiate resolution/replacement as necessary.
7. ADDRESS ACCURACY
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses.
- Orders returned due to incorrect or insufficient address details will incur re-shipping charges.
8. DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
- Most courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
- If undelivered, the package will be returned to us. You will be contacted to arrange re-shipment at an additional cost.
