1. GENERAL POLICY

Since Realm Talks offers instant-access, subscription-based digital services, no refunds shall be granted once a subscription is completed.

2. NON-REFUNDABLE CATEGORIES

• Digital service subscriptions
• Premium referral memberships
• Ad-view engagement purchases

3. FRAUDULENT CHARGES

In case of unauthorized transactions:

• You must report within 48 hours.
• Company will investigate and if found satisfactory, company will issue the refund in 15 Working Days
• Refunds may be considered only if fraud is confirmed.
