1. INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”) and Realm Clicks Pvt. Ltd. (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) for the use of the Realm Talks mobile application and website.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing, installing, or using Realm Talks, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are legally capable of entering into a binding contract. Your use of the platform is subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

3. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Realm Talks offers a platform enabling users to:

  • Earn revenue by viewing and engaging with ads.
  • Invite referrals and gain commissions from their activity.
  • Participate in reward systems such as royalty rewards and lifetime referral bonuses.
  • Monitor earnings through an analytics dashboard.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To access our services, users must:

  • Provide accurate and complete information.
  • Maintain confidentiality of login credentials.
  • Inform the Company of any unauthorized access.

 

5. USER CONDUCT

Users agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Create multiple or fraudulent accounts.
  • Use bots or scripts to manipulate ad interactions.
  • Share or promote defamatory, obscene, or illegal content.

6. TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate user accounts without prior notice if:

  • There is a breach of terms.
  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.
  • There is misuse or illegal use of the platform.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All software, branding, content, videos, images, and design elements on Realm Talks are the intellectual property of Realm Clicks Pvt. Ltd. Users are not allowed to reproduce, copy, or exploit any part of the platform.

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data.
  • Request correction or deletion.
  • Withdraw consent for data usage.

8. DISCLAIMER & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The services are provided on an “as is” basis. The Company does not guarantee continuous or  error-free functionality. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

All disputes are subject to Indian Law. The user agrees to resolve disputes via:

  • Mediation within 30 days.
  • Arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Jurisdiction: Courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

The Company may modify these Terms without prior notice. Continued use after such changes constitutes acceptance.
